By accessing or using Artisty.io ("Artisty," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses Artisty.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Artisty. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
Account registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
1. Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
3. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
User content
You retain ownership of all artwork, images, and content you post on Artisty ("User Content"). By posting, you grant Artisty a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content solely to operate and improve the platform.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You must not post content that:
1. Infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
2. Is defamatory, harassing, abusive, or hateful.
3. Contains explicit sexual content or graphic violence.
4. Violates any applicable law or regulation.
5. Impersonates another person or entity.
Community conduct
Artisty is a community for artists. You agree to engage respectfully with other members. We prohibit spam, harassment, hate speech, and any behavior that disrupts the community experience. We reserve the right to remove content and ban users who violate these standards.
Intellectual property
The Artisty platform — including its design, logo, software, and all non-user content — is owned by or licensed to Artisty and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written permission.
Third-party links
Artisty may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites, and linking does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Artisty is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to Artisty, its users, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Artisty is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Artisty after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
